First, validate the idea with a pre-sale. Learn No-Code, so you can build a prototype very fast. Look for some accountability buddies (in communities like Small Bets, 100 Days or on Twitter)

I created a template and gave 200 copies away for free for people to test it out for me. One guy donated $5 when he didn’t have to. Reached out to him personally to thank him and used this as the motivation to upscale.
