Start out with content pages. It’s easy and there is not a lot of technical knowledge needed. It’s also an excellent way to get into “making money online“.

Nothing in particular – tools are overrated. Build, then ship!

Depending on your niche. Tech Twitter is a nice community. Extremely helpful and there are successful people for every niche imaginable.
